Position: Capacity building coordinator (in economic and production activities).

Duration: 6/12 months, renewable

Reports to: Executive Committee Good Samaritan Onlus and its consultant staff

Project main areas of intervention



1. In cooperation with the Manager of the Wawoto Kacel Cooperative, the consultancy group of Good Samaritan and the expatriate Project Manager of Fondazioni4Africa, support the mainstreaming and implementation of the new administrative and financial procedures.

2. supervise regularly the correct and comprehensive implementation of the established procedures.

3. supervise the correctness of the financial documents and reports to be submitted to the donors.

4. Supervise the proper and regular compilation of the tool of inventory, sales and orders.

5. Support the Manager and the concerned staff in guiding and supervising all the phases of the production cycle (production, purchase of row material, stock, sales procedures, etc.).

6. Support the Manager in following and managing the national and international orders, submitted online or through other means.

7. Compile monthly reports to the donors on the status of the activities and the general aspects of the Cooperative functions.

8. In coordination with possible Project Managers, contribute to the proper implementation of the activities foreseen within specific projects funded by external donors.
